A simple mod that gets rid of the speed boost applied when sprint jumping and applies speed boost to base movement speed, so sprinting and sprint-jumping have the same speed.

Hopefully making movement a more calm and immersive experience.

3 presets of speed which can be configured with modmenu. Sprinting and sprint-jumping always have same speed.

  1. 5.61 blocks/second
  2. 6.36 blocks/second
  3. 7.12 blocks/second

Works with sinytra connector.

Future goals

Reworking the mod. (wasn't able to implement my actual vision because of my bad modding skills)

after sprinting for a while speed will increase to 7.12 from 5.61. and 2x hunger will be consumed.

make everything very configurable.

Make github repo and change license.

Release for 1.19.2 forge, 1.21.1 fabric and neoforge.

Ability to config mod in-game for forge.

Automatically turn off when server doesnt have the mod and show errors when server has the mod but client doesnt.

Redo this modpage in a architectural manual theme. properly explain mod. upload some visuals. remake icon (looks different when zoomed out)
